President Dave Bear has been in the golf package business in Myrtle Beach since 1997. Originally from Michigan,Dave Started his career in the golf business in 1982 as an Assistant Pro with the Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Golf Director Mark Passon hails from Pennsylvania. He moved to Myrtle Beach in 1997 to attend Coastal Carolina University, where he was enrolled in the Professional Golf Management Program. For the past five years, Mark has been in the golf package business.
