How and when do we pay for our golf package?
In order to reserve tee times, a $100 deposit per golfer is required. All remaining balances are due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. You may pay by personal check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
What is included in your golf package?
Everything! Our packages include lodging, green fees, cart fees and all taxes. There are no hidden fees.
Are my Tee Times guaranteed?
Your Tee Times are made and guaranteed as soon as a deposit is made on the package.
Policies and Procedures
Check-In & Check-Out
CHECK-IN
Check-in is after 3 PM. Upon availability Guest may check-in earlier.
LATE CHECK-IN
Arrivals after business hours or on major holidays when the office is closed are considered late check-ins. Please contact Signature Golf Packages for late arrival information seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. All incidentals outstanding at check-out will be charged to the Guest credit card on file.
KEYS
Upon arrival please use the lockbox key to open your suite. In addition, you will receive 2 key sets for your suite. All key sets must be left in the suite, and the single key placed in the lockbox at departure, to complete your check-out. Keys not found, will incur a $50 per set charge to the credit card on file.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs will be charged accordingly: After 12:00 PM = 1/2 Day Rate. After 2:00 PM = Full Day Rate.
Cancellations & Date Changes
CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES
Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation or date change is made 31 or more days prior to scheduled arrival minus a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation or date change is made 30 days or less prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival are obligated to payment in full.
CANCELLATION FEE
For stays of 12 nights or less there will be a processing fee of $75 for each unit or reservation. For stays of 28 nights or less there will be a processing fee of $100 for each unit or reservation. For stays of 29 nights or more there will be a processing fee of $350 for each unit or reservation. Groups of 8 or more require a $25 per person cancellation fee.
STAYS LESS THAN THREE (3) NIGHTS
Stays less than three (3) nights are non cancelable. The total amount is due in full with confirmed reservation. Applicable cleaning fee will be assessed.
Housekeeping
MAID SERVICE
Complimentary weekly maid service is provided for Guests staying a minimum of seven (7) nights. This may not apply to discounted rates or upgrades. Daily maid service is available for an additional charge. Please contact a Sonoran Suites representative for details. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel any paid for housekeeping to avoid charge. Guests changing units during the stay are required to pay a $50 cleaning fee.
Unit Guarantees
Signature Golf Packages will make every attempt to accommodate specific unit requests through Sonoran Suites. However, we cannot guarantee specific units, levels or views. Based upon availability, guarantees may be obtained for an additional charge.
No Smoking & No Pets
For the comfort of all future guests, Signature Golf Packages does not permit smoking and pets in units (smoking is permitted on patios & balconies). In case of non-compliance Sonoran Suites will assess a cleaning fee on Guest credit card on file.
